Direct Debit Authorization
If you wish to have payments for your water and sewer bills automatically deducted from your bank account, please click here and follow the instructions. There is no service fee for this option.

Drive-In Window
For your convenience, we offer you a drive-in window during normal business hours.

Night Deposit Drop Box
A night deposit drop is available for after hours and weekend payments.

 

Standard Mail
You can mail your payment in the envelope enclosed in your monthly statement.


Capabilities:

This department is responsible for billing, collection and customer service for over 19,000 customers for water usage and treatment of sewage. The accounts include nine water districts and sixteen sewer districts. This count includes districts that are billed for water only, sewer only and both water and sewer.

Water and Sewer Billing:

Water bills are based upon water meter readings secured by a capable staff of meter readers who read districts at scheduled intervals. Reading periods are monthly, bi-monthly and quarterly. Sewer bills are based upon water usage. Rates that have been established by the Trumbull County Board of Commissioners and the Trumbull County Sanitary Engineer, are assigned to each district. Field representatives include a Customer Service Representative, MIU Technician and Senior Meter Reader. The service department handles requests for final readings, turn-offs and turn-ons, special readings and setting and placing new equipment.
